I am a freelance television producer working in conjunction with the cable channel Investigation Discovery. We are producing a series titled “Happily Never After” and wish to profile the 1988 Chicago case of Eva Garcia – an 18-year-old woman who was convicted of killing her 41-year-old husband, Louie Weber, days after their November wedding.
We are attempting to find two retired Chicago police officers who worked the case, and are hoping they might be members of your association. I realize you cannot give out contact information, but I’m hoping you might be able to forward my email and contact information.
In particularly, we are looking for retired Detective John McKenna and former PIO Leslie Sidney.
