Robert H. Burnham, age 83, Navy Veteran; beloved husband of the late Denise (nee McKenzie). Loving father of Kimberly (Sam Girgenti ) Buffa, Natalie (Brian C.P.D.) Ford, Andrea Burnham and Susan Burnham. Devoted grandfather of Jenifer Cochran (Kyle), Kristen Miceli (Mike), Andrea McKenzie-Kolcz, Robert Cook, Brandon Cook, Shawna Steiner (Jonathan), and Chad Burnham. Great-grandfather of Kyle (Katelyn), Audreana (aka Auggie), Kilee, Kandice, Konner, Braydn, Xaylee, Kaylee, Adelynn (aka Angel Face), Benjamin (aka Best Buddy), and Grayson (aka Chunk). Dear brother of the late Shirley, Ann and Richard. Special cousin of Joanne Hurick. Joseph M. Collins, recently departed loving son of Margaret (nee Sullivan) and the late John Collins, Ret CFD. Devoted father of Erin and Joe. Cherished brother of John (Doreen) Collins, Kathleen (John) Geoghegan and Peggy (Tom) Tunney. Adored uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Joe was a graduate of Mt. Carmel High School, class of 1974 and a retired mechanic for CTA. Joe was a big teddy bear of a man and easily made friends with everybody he met. He used to say he was the only Joe you needed to know, and he was right. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023, 11:30 a.m. at St. Christina Church, 3342 W. 111th Street, Chicago, IL.
