Maureen A. McKeever (nee Dowd) age 80, of Chicago, passed away September 7, 2025. Retired CPD. Loving mother of John “Jack”, Lisa (Scott) Patrick, and Brian (Jessica) Purtell. Dearest grandmothers of Zachary and Maureen Patrick and Brennan, Kacie, and Maura Purtell. Survived by her brother Patrick (Nancy) Dowd, sister-in-law Nancy A. Dowd, and brother-in-law Gerald Cox; preceded in death by her parents William and Eleanor (Tuohy) and siblings Kathleen Collins, James Dowd, Thomas (Marilou) Dowd, Marguerite Cox, the Rev. John Dowd O.S.M., Martin (Soni) Dowd, Michael Dowd, Dorothy Dowd, and Lawrence Dowd. Cherished Auntie Moe to many. Visitation, Sunday, September 14, 2025, 3:00PM to 7:00PM at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois.
