PCD/EAP: FAMILY MEMBER SUICIDE SUPPORT GROUP JUNE MEETING REMINDER!

The Professional Counseling Division/EAP would like to remind all Department Members about the Family Member Suicide Support Group, which will meet on Tuesday, June 17th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. (1800 hrs.). The meeting will take place at the EAP South Office, located at 11540 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL 60643, Phone: (312) 742-0222. This support group is open to the family members of department personnel who are seeking support and resources. If you are interested in joining or would like more information, please call (312) 743-0378 and ask for Assistant Director Kathleen O’Neill to complete the screening process for participation. The Professional Counseling Division/EAP provides confidential support for active, retired, sworn, and civilian department members, as well as their immediate families.
