Lawrence Joseph "Joe" Beyke, 81, passed away on February 3, 2025. Joe was born December 29, 1943, to Marvin and Vilena (Sutliff) Beyke, in Aurora, Illinois. Joe married his high school sweetheart, Donna Neill, on October 6, 1962. He is a 1961 graduate of Marmion Military Academy. He is a retired Aurora, Illinois Police Officer. Joe is survived by his wife Donna, daughters Michal Ann Beyke, and Gina (Michael) Read, grandsons Joseph and Connor, granddaughter, Donovan, sisters Barbara (Scott) Theede and Bonnie (Jerry) Wills, in-laws Sharron Burke, Shaela (Norm) Arrowsmith, Cindy Butler, Dan (Lynn) Neill, Doug (Lynn) Neill, several nieces and nephews, and all of his many friends from Aurora and new friends from Sandwich. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Bert Martin, baby brother James, grandparents Hiram and Kitty Sutliff and Bonifas and Dora Beyke, his mother-in-law, Marilyn Hoffman, father-in-law, Don Neill, brothers-in-law Dave Neill, Jim Burke, Vern Buler, and several nephews. Private services will be held on February 7, 2025. Donations may be made to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Sandwich, or St. Vincent de Paul/St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church.
